Our client is based in New Vennep and together we are searching for an Embedded Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing and testing software that makes a difference in the agricultural and mechanical engineering sector.
What youβll do:
πDesign and develop software prototypes;
πBuilding software for test systems, diagnostic tools and internal development tools to support the organization;
πSupport in testing test machines and ensure comprehensive documentation of the development process;
πSupporting production and support departments during product introductions;
πAdvising and supporting customers in the field of mechatronics;
πMonitor the progress of assigned customer projects, including timely delivery with the right quality and functionality;
πCost monitoring and advice to the project manager and/or R&D Manager.
Skills and Experience:
πExperience in software development for embedded systems in real-time applications;
πKnowledge of software development in Windows and/or Linux environments and experience with tools such as Visual C++, .NET and/or Borland C++ Builder;
πExperience with hardware design, knowledge of CAN bus systems is an advantage;
πA customer-oriented, analytical and structured working attitude;
πExcellent command of Dutch and English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
