Our Hiring Process

Our tech recruiters will need to do 3 (sometimes 4) online interviews with you to determine you are stellar.

First Interview

We will talk about you and get to know each other. It’s all about people at Wildflowers.

Who are you? Where are you from? What do you want from life? Where do you flourish best ? What tools do you use ? Specific tech stack you love most? What is a logical next step in your career and life. But most of all what do you desire next?

And Wildflowers is about likemindedness. We love our engineers to feel comfortable and at home at Wildflowers. So we need to know what kind of guy/girl you are. We need to be up close and personal in this meeting to really get to know you. We value your view on life and people. But most of all -you will be suprised – We need to know what makes you happy, personally, as a human. Tech will follow.

Second Interview

Is a technical meeting. Our experts will talk more about your trackrecord and experience. And yes of course, your preferences and skills in tech & tools. And most important we need to know more about your professional development goals. Longterm and short term. What is lacking in your job now and what is it you want to overcome? Any certifications you are aching to acquire ? We have to be open here to see a shared future.

Third Meeting

Is the final chapter, it needs to be done. This final meeting is mainly to get the formal side of things arranged. We need to get agreement on legal matters like salary and secondary benefits. And move forward on things like terms of notice and accurate timings. Maybe you are eligible for the 30% tax ruling. The part of you moving and acquiring a visa (if needed) will be handled in the onboarding process. And that’s it. Easy as pi. You’ll be joining Wildflowers. We look forward to having you…
